Help Us Bring Pet CPR & First Aid to the SLV!

Well, it's half right!

San Luis Valley Pet Care was created in 2019 by Julie Reisinger, who strives to provide the highest quality of service clients, ensuring that people and their pets stay healthy and happy. What started as pet sitting and dog walking gradually grew to add dog training classes as well, which many in our community have enjoyed and found helpful. We are seeking to expand those services by adding Pet CPR and First Aid training for the residents of the San Luis Valley.

"Being a Registered Veterinary Technician, I know that time is a major factor in pet emergencies. We have some wonderful veterinarians here in the Valley, but there are a lot of folks who live a good distance from them. I'd like to give pet owners a way to help their pets when they are on their way to the vet, especially when they are far from town, such as working on a ranch/farm, or out enjoying many of the Valley's outdoor activities."

As a very small business, we are asking for donations to raise money for a First Aid CPR/Instructor kit and funds to rent a space to hold the classes in. Any amount will help, and if we exceed our goal, the extra amount will go towards a fund to help lower income families access the class and materials at no cost to them. Our spokesdog Dave agrees that every person who has a pet should be able to gain these skills! Donate to our GoFundMe here!
