Basic Drop-In Visits, Starting at $20:
A short visit (15-20min.) to your home to keep your mind at ease while you're away. Includes the following:
-Bring in mail/newspaper
-Alternate lights/curtains
-Set out/bring in trash
-Water house plants
-Water small yard/garden/trees
This service is available in our Local and Extended service areas only; please see our "Service Areas" page for more details.
Deluxe Drop-In Visits, Starting at $27:
A longer visit (up to 45 min.) to your home to keep your mind at ease while you're away; for homeowners whose house/plant care needs exceed 15-20 minutes. Includes the following:
-Bring in mail/newspaper
-Alternate lights/curtains
-Set out/bring in trash
-Water house plants
-Water large lawn/garden/trees
This service is available in all areas; minimum charge of $40/visit for Limited Service Area. Please see our "Service Areas" page for more details.
Overnight House Sitting:
An overnight stay in your home for that extra peace of mind while you're away. Includes the following:
-Overnight house sitter in your home for 12 hours (typically 7:00pm-7:00am)
-Bring in mail/newspaper
-Alternate lights/curtains
-Set out/bring in trash
-Water house plants
-Water large yards/garden/trees
This service is available in all service areas, however this service does have limited availability. Please contact us for current availability and pricing for your area.
